What We Do
Kaldr Tech is a free business management platform built specifically for home service contractors. HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians, roofers, landscapers, and 10 more trades use Kaldr to run their entire operation from a single place.
We handle scheduling, dispatch, invoicing, payments, customer communication, and more. Our receptionist, Ava, answers calls around the clock so you never miss a lead. Our scheduling system, Max, keeps your calendar full. Our routing engine, Rex, makes sure your crew is always on the most efficient path.
How We Make Money
We charge a 3.5% + $0.30 processing fee on payments collected through the platform. That is it. No monthly subscription. No setup fee. No contracts. We make money when you make money.
We also offer an optional White Glove Setup service for $999. This is a hands-on onboarding package where our team personally configures your account, migrates your customer data, and trains your team. It is not required. Most contractors are up and running on their own in under 30 minutes.
